Yes. You can submit your request and communicate with our team in Spanish. Official documents may be in English; we help you understand the information in your filing.

What is the difference between an LLC and an EIN?

An LLC is a legal entity registered with the state. An EIN is a federal tax ID number issued by the IRS. They are separate procedures and your business may need both.

How much does it cost to register my business?

EIN assistance is $75; Secretary of State registration is $150; trade name registration is $75; a periodic report is $40; and a late fee is $150 when applicable. Prices are in USD. We confirm applicable official fees and whether they are included before starting. The IRS issues EINs for free; our charge is for assistance.

What information do I need to get started?

For this initial request we only need your name, email, phone number, and the service you are interested in. We will then review the information needed for your filing with you. Do not send your SSN or ITIN in this form.
